Surveys only being allowed to use the Likert scale is extremely limiting. The structure is currently there for a more robust Survey system that would be infinitely better. Why not just make the quiz questions open ended? If you just allowed multiple choice (without requiring a right or wrong answer), checkboxes (which is already there with multiple answers just don't require a right or wrong answer), linear scale and short answer that would be sufficient. For an employee/product development tool it is frustrating that I have to use third party survey sites (Survey Monkey and Google Forms) to perform customer feedback and post market analysis. This seems like something that a fair amount of others have requested as well and the software structure is already in place in the form of quizzes. Why the hold up?
