Is there any way to add a clickable thumbnail to a course slide, that when clicked expands to the full image?
The maximum horizontal size is too limiting to display a lot of charts, making the text hard to read.
image thumbnail image size
Hi Fredrik. Not at this time but as somewhat of a workaround you can upload an image and link it to a URL. With that you could link to a full-size image as long as it is hosted on the web somewhere. There is plenty of interest around this and I would encourage you to add your voice to any of these ideas you find relevant.
Move and resize images in Bridge
HTML Editor within Course Editor
I understand that the intention is to make Bridge easy to use by only allowing the simplest of formatting options, but this is just one way that the simplicity just reduces basic and reasonable design options to the point that the workarounds are burdensome. A very basic feature of HTML wysiwyg interfaces is to load a picture and specify the page size vs. the actual size that you see if clicked to link to the picture file. Introducing this feature would not increase the difficulty of design use, but actually increase ease. Thank you.
Thank you Adam,
I was hoping it wouldn't come to that as it does make maintenance cumbersome.
I've voted in the mentioned ideas and I hope to see something similar implemented soon.
Thank you for your input!
This functionality would be helpful for our organization, as well.
