1. What learning or education techniques are Bridge Authors using to create compelling courses that actually inspire learners to WANT to learn rather than slog through a course?
2. What are some approaches for training "soft skills"- primarily sales, marketing, team building, team management, etc.?
3. How do you transform a "how-to" course into something more meaningful? What I mean is rather than give step-by-step instructions via video, what can be added to provide more value... should the course include best practices, examples of how people have used that feature, etc.
4. Besides using Captivate or Articulate, is anyone adding interactivity to courses using another approach?
