I know this can be done manually, but it may be nice to set thresholds- 2 days before due date, 1 day before due date, etc.

Hi Jenn,
When notifications are turned on for the Bridge account and the learner, learners will receive a weekly learning summary email if they have overdue courses or courses coming due within the next seven days. The learner can click on the course link in the email to launch the course. Do you think the Learner Summary will work for your learners or would like to be able to send out a reminder for each course? I really like the weekly summary of all the overdue and upcoming courses, to limit how many emails the learner receives, but would like to hear your thoughts.

Hi Monique,
Yes, I would agree the weekly summaries are helpful for learners, but may not be the best for our use case. I suppose my question may be a feature request that could be an option in the course settings. I know we're unique and I'm still trying to figure out the best approach for our end-users and for us, administratively. I think some of the contributing factors leading to this suggestion include:
Thanks again for your help!!
Hi Jenn,
We do not currently have the option right now for you to setup auto notifications or pick and choose which notifications are sent to your end-users. This is something we are exploring. Your CSM will reach out to you to get more information about your concerns/requests, so she can add them as feature requests in Bridge.
For now, if you need to send an email to your users before the weekly email summary email is sent, you can click the message icon within the course or program and send an email to the unfinished learners to remind them to complete the course/program.
I hope this helped.
Monique
+1 There are folks in our organization who are firm believers in eliminating as much email as possible, to the point where I get a lot of grief for how many messages Bridge sends out. Since some of them come out with my name on them -- the assumption becomes that I send out all email. I'd love to be able to customize which notifications are sent based on activity that occurred, but also when manually sending messages, to customize the subject.
We have requested this with our CSM. We manually do our best to send reminders but we have 8 sub accounts so it's a lot of manual effort. We tend to miss the critical window to complete regulatory courses on time, which is always an issue with auditors. The weekly notice is okay, but some people simply need that extra nudge reminder so they don't go past due between the official notice on Mondays.
