How do I move my Learners between sub accounts? Is it possible for Learners to take courses in different sub accounts? Do they have to sign in to each sub-account to take the courses there?
I don't think learners can move between sub-accounts; they seem to operate as independent instances for learners, whereas Admins can move freely between the master and subs. The only way i know of is to add learners to each sub-account and they would have to login to each- they have different URLs after all.
One thing I do as a work around is use groups and assign courses to specific groups only (ex. my external sales team doesn't get assigned to courses for my finance group, recruiting doesn't see courses assigned to the sales group, etc.) and my learning library is really geared towards my largest audience (sales) so most of the other departments specific courses are not listed.
