I would like to have IT support contact info displayed on the login page for when users have trouble logging in they know who to contact.
They can't view their profile and tech support info until they have logged in. If they are having trouble logging in, they have no way of viewing tech support contact info to contact support for assistance logging in.
I would like to see the support contact info more prominent once a user has logged in, but as of now, they can't see it until they have logged in.
As you probably know, if a learner clicks their profile, they can see specific (and customizable) names, emails, phone numbers. I'm guessing your request is making that more prominent. Is that right?
Ok, that's valuable detail. I'll loop this to our product team to make sure they have some visibility into it. Also adding Ryan Jensen, your CSM so he's in the loop.
Really like the suggestion and it makes total sense. I know Ike will loop in the product team but I have also added this as an official feature request so that it can be tracked. I'll keep you posted.
I like this suggestion as well. I think this would be a valuable feature.
