Great question! Right now, as an Admin, we have no way to set the first experience of content for the learner in the Library.
It defaults to the most recent course or program or ILT added to the Library (people can affect this by re-toggling the In Library setting to move the content to the top).
Moving forward it would make sense for the admin to set this up for their learners.
Our Community is going to be doing more client feedback sessions about organizing content, but this has not yet began.
Based on our current conversations in meetings, we will keep you posted as we beef up items like the Library content and default view.
I'd simply like to second the addition of this functionality! Thanks for the update Kate Toothman
My pleasure. I hear you. I too agree that we need to make the Library more customizable for the learner experience. Hopefully we will have some news soon. Thanks Arden Shackelford
Glad to see others looking for this -- I've requested this, too. It's just mentally logical for a learner looking through a page of tiles. The default now seems random, at least to me.Thanks for posting Kate Toothman
This would be huge for us. In one of our use cases, we have translated programs in the Learning Library. We would love to be able to put them in alphabetical order as a default to make them easier to find. Holly Fuemmeler Elise Blas
