Is someone here using SCORM files in Bridge? If so, are embedded videos playing once the ZIP file is uploaded to Bridge? It plays if I do so from the HTML 5 output file.
Thanks in advance.
I'll test this out later this week, but in the mean time:
I realize that there are some who still use Flash as an output from using tools like Captivate. If at all possible, I'd recommend doing what you can to use the HTML output from these tools as Flash is quickly a dying technology. At least that is what I've found as I "listen" to the online communities.
Hope that helps Prashanthini Mande
Hi Prashanthini Mande,
Just out of curiosity did you have a use case that made using HTML output undesirable?
Prashanthini, you've gotten some good suggestions and questions here. There shouldn't be a problem with playing videos that are in a SCORM course. We wonder: are you publishing it to require Flash, and/or using a device that doesn't support that? Ultimately, if the video is not playing, support can help you address that if you would submit a help ticket.
Hi Prashanthini Mande. We haven't heard from you in a while so I am going to mark this question as assumed answered but please let us know if you still have any questions we can help with.
