Is anyone using Bridge for 30-60-90 day Onboarding Plans?

We are hoping to move from a full day New Hire Orientation to a self-paced Bridge program with different courses that we will create in house.  One of the items we would like to include is a 30-60-90 day action plan.  Is anyone doing something similar?  If so, do you mind sharing your best practices?  Thanks!
