I posted this over in the "Ideas" section but that forum doesn't seem to have much activity... so I am posting here.
I just looked at another LMS solution offered by Paycom. A feature they have that I really like is when an employee finds a course that they want to take, they can't just take it, they have to get permission from their manager to take it.
This would be helpful for us. We have over 150 courses in our catalog. It would be great if there was a 'request access' feature.
Additionally, they have an option to create IP address rules and time frames. If you have hourly employees and you do not want them to access online learning off work hours (because in some instances you could be liable to pay them for that time) you can restrict hours or IP address access.
