When uploading my course (created in PPT) all of the graphics/text in graphics becomes distorted and misplaced. Any troubleshooting for this? We are not using SCORM files and therefore need to stick with PPT.
Ivy, I apologize that your question has been sitting here for some time without a response.
As to the source of the distortion, the answer will depend on what objects are included in the PowerPoint. If one uploads a PPT as a course, Bridge will take each slide as a photo. If the PPT contains a large amount of content, the program will compress it or cause to display differently.
The best workaround we can provide is to save the PPT slides as images and add them to the course that way.
We'd like to continue to troubleshoot: is this still presenting an issue?
Did you get a chance to review Stefanie's notes and question?
Hi Ivy Griggs. I hope you have found a solution to your issue. For now I am going to mark this idea as assumed answered to separate it from others but please let us know if there's more we can do.
