Hi, Vera, Bridge doesn't have a mobile app, and is optimized for desktop use. That said, while mobile browsers are not officially supported, my personal experience has been that it's responsive in the mobile browser. Please have a look at What are the computer specifications for Bridge?
I've tried opening in Chrome on my smartphone by entering the log in address for our account but it just leads to a page listing links to the words in the address search not the site itself - We have some users without laptops and we're encouraging them to try other technology - an app would be beneficial as would be suggestions?
Emma, I am not able to replicate that (although I use Safari on my phone, the Chrome browser should work the same way). When I logged in through the iPhone browser, my Bridge learner account displayed nicely in a mobile view, with a hamburger menu displaying in the upper left allowing me to click on links and toggle back and forth between Learning and Career. To confirm, are you logging in using a URL that looks something like this: [name-of-company].bridgeapp.com? And if so, have you investigated this with support?
Please if you haven't done so already, voice your interest in an app here:Mobile App .
Thanks Emma Williams
