I have several groups of employees within the organization which need to receive training in the same subjects annually. We have been with Instructure for right on a year now and I am now ready to reassign training to many groups in the company. But it appears that I cant use the same courses in a new program and I cant reassign the old program without the material being marked as already complete. I also have one group within the company where some of the members are due for their training this month, and some next month and the month after and so on. I courses need to be reassigned on the anniversary date of the training being due, not after they managed to complete it last time.
If I cant make this work it is going to completely negate any cost-benefit advantage I thought I was getting by spending 10 times what I was from the former vendor we used for this task. Am I the first person to have this problem?
