As of this morning, I can't see Learners' last names. Not anywhere within Bridge or in the reports that I pull. What happened to them? Is this just a glitch or the new way moving forward?
allison, unfortunately, during Friday night's maintenance, some enrollment information went missing. Over the weekend our support team undertook the process of restoring those missing enrollments/info. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and if you haven't yet seen all of your information restored, please initiate a support case.

It sounds like this was a technical issue, but just adding some feedback in case someone comes looking with a similar issue. I broke our Bridge portal earlier this year. Me. I did it. I admit it.
We use a CSV import that runs daily to update our user information. We had some changes to the import file, so we worked with Bridge's technical support to get the new column mapped. Something went wrong with the mapping and everything got jumbled. For a while last names were showing up as managers, etc. We worked with tech support to get the import file updated so that everything looked good, but in turn all of our Smart Groups broke. I had to remake them all, which wasn't too terrible of a disaster... but just another way user information can get scrambled.
