A learner reports that a company tablet won't display the course. Any idea what the problem might be?

When will bridge learning be available on tablets or smart phones?
Sherri, as updates become available, they will be posted at The specified item was not found. and under the feature idea Mobile App , so please use the Actions menu to "follow" those spaces and ideas.
I'd be interested in hearing more about the specifics of your situation.
We have certain teams that are currently mobile and we're working on a wider distribution of tablets. I've been slowly converting older content into more mobile friendly formats and one of our goals for this year is to have our sales teams completely empowered as mobile learners.
Along with Heidi Hess-Bynum, I'd like to hear more about what the course was built in, what tablet and browser the learner is using, and so forth. I purchased Bridge specifically because it IS one of the best mobile experiences out there. With some details, I think we could help you get things working.
It is interesting to hear that Bridge is not fully supported on Mobile devices since this was a feature listed as "included" when we purchased Bridge?
Hi, Lena, as you can tell from my initial response in this thread, I was thrown by that as well, so I asked our documentation team for clarification. Bridge is indeed designed to provide a true mobile-first experience to learners—what they see when they're logging in, taking a course, and so forth. The Bridge admin and author experience isn't optimized for mobile devices yet, and the language in the lesson is meant to convey that that is currently not supported.
And with that in mind, Ryan, I've removed the "answered" flag from my initial response, and wonder if you've asked Bridge Support to investigate why the course isn't being shown to a learner on a mobile device; a member of our support team can look into the specifics for you.

Okay except What are the computer specifications for Bridge? is at https://community.bridgeapp.com/community/documentation/bridge-guide/pages/learn-guide under Bridge Learn --> "Getting Started". So that doesn't really specify that this is supposed to be ONLY for the Learners user experience, especially when you also have a Section called "Learners"
Also, (please) correct me if I am wrong, but "computer specifications" does NOT really include mobile devices, does it? When we say "computers" we mean "desktops" or "laptops". ELSE, it is is still called a "mobile device", no? It honestly looks like you whipped up a section -- "Bridge for Mobile Devices", and just threw it at the bottom of the "What are the computer specifications for Bridge?" page!
And it sure seems like you are assuming everyone knows your elearning output in Flash is a no-go-zone for iOS devices.Which shouldn't be such a bad assumption, until you have RYAN and his question here, asking why content won't play on a tablet. -- ALSO, a perfect example of WHY "Bridge on Mobile Devices" should REALLY have it's own page (under Learners (under Documents under Learn Guide under Documentation)) with "Bridge is not officially supported on mobile browsers" in big, bold, blinking letters (not really) at the top of that page, and even a little blurb explaining that Flash has never been "liked" by mobile browsers, and never compatible from any iOS device.
Stefanie Sanders comments are why I asked for more information from Ryan Bingham as I've had that discussion previously with someone at Bridge. I live on my iPad Mini 4. For the most part, so far so good even for most administrative functions, but the screen is too small for content creation. (Excuse to buy a new iPad, right?) But that doesn't matter to our learners. We've seen great results using the native Bridge course builder when accessing Bridge Learn via mobile and much of our content is being rebuilt into this format.
I'm waiting on a computer upgrade to get some new software and then I'll be testing SCORM files again for mobile experience. We've got some older courses that are heavily branched and we don't want to abandon branching. In fact, we'd like to branch more content. We're planning on issuing devices, so we'll have fairly standardized screen sizes and specs to work with, but my heart goes out to everyone who is working with a broad variety of mobile devices.
Ryan Bingham, I saw this thread again today and noticed that there hasn't been a solid answer. Although I didn't see any details about what you are using to author, etc. My hunch is that maybe these are SCORM courses that were published from Articulate or Captivate and that they were published with a Flash fallback. Flash fallback is a little misleading as often it tries to use the Flash fallback first which breaks the course on a mobile device and some desktop browsers. Be sure to publish in pure HTML5 for best results on a mobile device.
Ryan Bingham as many have already stated, we'd need more info from you about what type of course this is (SCORM or Bridge Native) before being able to properly diagnose. For learners, Bridge is 100% mobile friendly. We have plenty of customers who only have their learners using tablets. As some have mentioned, many Admin features will work well on a mobile device but it isn't as great of an experience on every admin feature. Just depends.
