Use of the term 'Permanently Failed' for Learners

Learners are now able to filter courses by type and status. Under status, learners can now see which courses they have 'Permanently Failed'. As an L&D professional I would like to see this rewritten, as at the moment I don't feel aligns with the principles of adult learning. I have contacted Bridge Support to see if it can be changed, and they have suggested that I post it here to see if others agree. Permanently Failed could be changed to 'Requires Reassessment'. I'd love to know what others think?
