Currently we are running a program and thus far 1 learner has reported being unable to view embedded arc media in a course. She shared the attached screenshot (she is based in Chile). The error message reads, "the content you are trying to access does not exist or you no longer have permission to view it." Other learners are not facing this issue so I'm assuming that this is actually an error related to low bandwidth and NOT access.
What error message does Arc produce when bandwidth is an issue? Any experience with that Bridge community? Also what recommendations do you have for assisting this user (aside from closing tabs, updating browser etc.)?
