How can I see insights for my group of learners only?
Hi Geraldine Koh
If you're an administrator you will see everyone in your Bridge domain. If you're a manager/supervisor without administrator privileges, you'll see only your team on the Insights page. This is handy for managers, but adds some extra steps for administrators if you're just wanting to look at your team. If you're a system administrator you may also be able to use the Masquerade option to see the Insights page from someone else's perspective.
I've not found a way to customize teams for administrators and I don't believe it's how Bridge is designed. I have some teams that want this, but arguably don't need it. We have also been known to manipulate the hierarchy a bit to allow team members some visibility to the Insights page. I did wind up creating a custom administrator role that removes many of the permissions, but still allows reporting.
You can always take a Deep Dive and run a report for your Team to see what they're up to.
Geraldine Koh, I agree with Heidi's remarks, but to add a little to it, you can create a custom group (or smart group) that you want to report on, then run a Deep Dive report and select that custom group as your filter criteria. That would give you just what you are looking for I link.
Thank you Joshua.
