Issues with courses not marking complete

We have some older captivate courses that we are working on revamping in Rise, as well as some third party vendor courses. we have a lot of issues with these courses not always marking complete after a user finishes them and we have to manually complete users; putting us at an audit risk. Now I am noticing this even with our new Rise courses. does anyone else experience this issue? I am worried Bridge doesn't support a lot of SCORM files in an effort to encourage courses be created directly in the LMS.
