I did a search for "superscript" , and NOTHING COMES UP? Surely I am not the first to ask how to place a registered trademark up in its proper location.
Have you tried putting it in as an Alt code? On a Windows machine, hold down Alt and press 0174 on your 10-key, then let go of ALT and that should insert it into the course. If you are on a Mac, press Option + r.
Let me know if that works for you or if you need anything else.
Oddly, I was just figuring this out. I didn't know about ALT plus key pad numbers.
ALSO on windows !! - you can open the Windows "Character Map" and use that to enter special characters as well.!
Every little bit helps, right?
That's good to know that you can use the character map on Window too. If you want to use ALT codes, you can get the full list of codes from alt-codes.net.
Thanks for the tip about the character map! I'm glad that works for you.
Well "works for" isn't quite the way I'd put it has you have to "character map" , then find the right font, then scroll and scroll and scroll and hope that the right glyph is there just waiting for you to come find it.
What would work for me is hitting this pretty <HTML> button, going — , and then hitting that button and going back to WYSIWYG mode. But, I can dream.
