Message replies?

Our course authors have recently begun receiving replies to messages they send through Bridge in their own inboxes (the email address in their user profile). In the past, message replies went to the reply-to address listed in our Bridge admin account, which is what we want as that is our support address. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way to change it?
