I am building a SCORM course and we want to include a button from the course the learners are in to another course in the learning library. I thought I heard that that is possible but I can't remember how it is done.
Ya! You can do that. I've done that before. All you need is the enrollment link for the course you are wanting to send them to.
So, to clarify, the destination course must be built and loaded to Bridge. Then you can click the Copy Link option (shown below) in the authoring area for the course to get a share link to put in the other course that will point to it.
Let me know if you need any other help with this.
Is it possible to link to another course and have it open in the same window?-lem
You can control the parent window from a SCORM course, for sure. I do that to resize the window after launch so that it fits the course better (since the default window size is so small). I've never tried opening a link in the same window and I wonder if it could cause reporting issues with Bridge. Just make sure the package has already sent it's data off before you link over to the next course.
Awesome, Joshua! Thank you!
