Email reminders sent to staff

As we are in Australia not America - our staff often receive email reminders about upcoming/overdue training at 10/11pm at night. It's not conducive for our staff who in the health industry, to have their phones on silent or not push notifications as they are often on call or work during the night. Surely we can make this something that is sent as per our time zone seen as your customer base is world wide?
