It would be nice to have an option that notifies the person(s) responsible for approving checkpoints via email as opposed to having to continually check the "My Approvals" tab.
Hi Juliana Marciniak. I believe there is something like this already. I was testing checkpoints not that long ago and I received emails about this for a few days until I went in and approved it:
I just verified what Adam said and it's true, emails are sent out to the approver's email automatically to tell them that someone has requested approval.
If you are not getting those emails (or others aren't), go to Admin > Account Management > Manage Notifications and make sure those notifications are turned on:
