Bridge is not consistent today causing issues with learners

Yesterday, we had two people report that they clicked on a course (SCORM) after already completing other SCORM courses and the course opened up and immediately marked them as failed. 


Today, we are not having certificates show up after a user takes a course and completes it.  


I am curious what is causing these new issues? Was there a problem with a release? What is going to be the course of action to fix these issues? 


Anyone else experiencing these types of issues that is stopping users from completing learning on Bridge? This is extremely frustrating for all involved and I need to understand what the fix will be and how that will be communicated.
