Is there a way to mark a user as inactive but not terminate their account?
Use Case Example: A user will be on maternity leave for 12 weeks. The user's account needs to be identified as "inactive" so that training is not assigned to the user while the user is on leave. The user will not be terminated, however, as they will be returning after the 12 weeks.
If the user remains with an active status, completion reports for courses will be inaccurate due to the user on extended leave.
