Can we perform a client-side sync on group/smart-group enrollments?

An individual is shown in the smart group Members and the course under Relevant Content shows as Required. Support is always great about syncing our groups/smart groups as we notice issues, but is there a way for us to sync all of our groups/smart groups to ensure that there aren't others in limbo that we don't know about yet?

 

We have the functionality to put a new CSV in immediately. When does Bridge sync, and is this something we can control or do we have to reach out to Bridge Support every time?
