Is your Bridge usage based on a centralized or decentralized model?

During our Higher Educations User Group last week, we discussed how each member of the group were either set up in a centralized way, with one department helping to run the LMS and ensuring stakeholders are given the proper permissions and roles, or if it's decentralized, often farming out sub accounts to manage the different needs of disparate departments to publish and control their own content and branding.

What is your institution doing with Bridge, and what have you found are good ways to help with using our LMS to tackle your initiatives?   This is a broad question, but I know some of us are interested.
