Organizing/managing Live Training Courses

We don't have any live training courses on our Bridge site yet, but this is an area we are currently exploring. One of the things that worries me is, as we put more and more Live Trainings in Bridge and since they cannot be archived, we would eventually end up with a lot of them in the system that are difficult to manage. I thought about using categories to help sort these trainings, and also naming these trainings in ways that can be easily sorted. How do you currently manage your live trainings? What challenges you have? Do you have any tips and tricks to share? I found reporting (manager view) to be a bit challenging too...


I thinks these are questions that don't have right or wrong answers, so I'm posting this as a discussion.
