How do other companies (Best Practices) upload training records as evidence for employees? We have training that requires us to maintain qualification checklists (Forklifts, welding, safety-related issues, etc...) and we would like to use the checkpoint evidence as a way to maintain records but, the shortcoming is that only the employee can upload the evidence. We don't give masquerade ability, except for IT. Our employees (hourly) don't have emails or ready access to scanners. How do other companies handle upload of evidence or the maintaining of training records with the Bridge LMS?
