Is anyone else having issues with their sub-account screens getting cut off by the 'We just teleported you to Practice-OrthoFiUniv' bar at the bottom?
Hey Natasha, yes this has come to our attention and it's something we plan to fix. For now, you can use the browser zoom function to make the covered content visible. Thank you for asking about this because I had not encountered it myself and now I am aware of it too!
Has there been any movement on fixing the issue with information being cut off by the Sub-account frame? I actually work at the same company as Natasha who submitted this question. I just submitted the same question yesterday. We are still having an issue seeing all of the data. I will try using the browser zoom function and see if that helps. Resizing helps but you need to take it down to 67% which makes the system uncomfortable to work with full time. I guess I will need to size up and down until there is a system enhancement. thanks.
Hey Mark! This has been added to a list of things to be worked on as soon as other pressing matters are addressed, however there are no changes ready to be released yet. There is a way to remove the banner yourself if absolutely necessary. You can use Chrome's "Inspect Element" tool on the page and change the CSS for that element to be hidden. One of our fabulous support people created a short video for us to demonstrate how this can be done which I will include below. One major caveat to this solution is that it will only last so long as you are on that page and when the page is reloaded the normal CSS settings will return. For an even more technical, but semi-permanent solution, a browser extension called Tampermonkey could be used to apply your preferred CSS settings on all sub-account pages.
Thank you for bearing with us while this is an issue and I hope this helps somewhat!
thank you for the quick reply, super appreciated. I will take a look at
the CSS setting work around. This issues is not a show stopper. Just a
minor annoyance. I appreciate you and the team looking into it and getting
it on a roadmap for future enhancements.
