How do you handle due dates for reactivated enrollments?

We have had several cases pop up where a user is removed from the Bridge population before they have completed the assigned programs, and then re-added at a later date.  The due dates for any programs they did not complete are unchanged, and remain based on the original enrollment date.  Does anyone know of an automated way to force Bridge to recalculate the due date if a user has been terminated and reactivated?
