We are creating Live Trainings, but there are many that are only relevant for a particular Group (divisions within our company). Is it possible to remove "All Learners" from the relevance Groups and just add the group that I want?

You can set the relevance for any course or live training. If you want it to be optional for all, you will use the instructions at How do I add a course to the Learning Library? to set the "relevance" to "available in the learning library."
If you just want a subset of people to see the course, you will have to create the group first. You can find out about manual groups and smart groups at How do I create a group? or How do I create a smart group? Smart groups are based on data that feeds into Bridge. We have smart groups for employee location and we're adding more based on department and job title very soon. These are all fields that come in through our auto CSV user upload so they are updated daily. If you set the relevance to assign to a particular smart group, Bridge will add any new learners who move into that group automatically. If someone leaves, Bridge will make the course optional for them. In this case, they can then remove the course from their own My Learning page without Author/Admin help.
