Have published a course and need to add a slide on the power point presentation? Only has delete or move in the editing drop down box

Hopefully I'm understanding your question correctly. I think what you're saying is that you have used the "upload course" option to pull a PPT file into Bridge. If that is the case, Bridge has converted each slide to an image and the images are each displayed on different Bridge slides.
Adding another slide actually starts in your PPT file. Create the slide in PPT and then "export" it to an image file (.jpg). You will then go into the Bridge course and click "Add Content" to add a new Bridge slide.
Once you have the new blank slide in Bridge, you will need to move it to the correct location. After that, use the multimedia insert to add the new image file you created in PPT.
