Bridge LMS does not provide a method to store employee training records. What are some techniques that others are using to overcome this obstacle? We use check points with the "upload evidence" function. When an employee completes training then there is a checkpoint where a trainer has to masquerade and upload a certificate or other document. This seems a bit clunky to me. I would prefer a folder for each employee where training records can be stored in the LMS. Maybe there are other ideas out there. We'd like to keep everything in the LMS as a one-stop-shop for all things training related.
