Hello, I recently completed a training session using Bridge and the test resulted in a failure. How can I reset this test in order to retake and pass for compliance purposes?

This depends on how your admins have set up the training. They can allow any number of attempts. If they have only allowed one or if you have exceeded the maximum number that they have set, you will have to contact them directly to have them reset your attempt in a course.
Thank you for the information. I was able to have my Manager unlock it and it was completed.
If the course is still in the Required section of your My Learning page, and is stating that it is failed: the next time you open it, when asked if you want to resume where you left off, select No. This resets the failure.
I'm guessing this is for a SCORM (or similar) package. That setting would be within the package itself and not a Bridge setting. A native Bridge course would allow you to move back and forth throughout the course without any of the old data bogging down the attempt.
