I have two subaccounts and I need to create smart groups for certain roles. Is this possible?
At first I thought that this should be simple, but I went ahead and did some testing. We have recently created a sub-account so it's a blank slate. I added two users and I am unable to add any of the unique information that is needed to make the smart group (like department). With that said, I can make groups, but not smart groups. I'm not sure if this is somehow tethered to our auto-CSV user upload in the root account or if it's a behavior specific to the sub-account functionality. Hopefully someone else who has more experience with sub-accounts will chime in. My answer is that no, I don't think you can create a smart group in a sub-account. I also scoured through the guides and I can't find any information. I'm sure you probably already did that as well.
