Our employees are required to be certified on things like a forklift and/or other equipment. Once they have received training, their certification is only good for a certain amount of time. How can we do the following:
- Inform employee when a certification is coming due.
- Inform a manager that their employee(s) have certifications coming due and/or have expired.
From a manager's point of view, being able to see 'into the future' what is going on with his/her employee's certification status.
