The following data dictionary is your guide for the Bridge Export Questions File from the Performance Conversations tab in Insights.

FAQ:

  • The CSV export will pull the submitted question responses and ratings for the PC cycle, selected on the Insights page
  • Blank columns mean that the question hasn't been answered by the user or the PC agenda hasn't started
  • The CSV export will show data in real time
  • Answer hint is not included in the CSV export
  • Goals and other perform and learn data (ex: feedback, learnables) that are pulled into PC agenda are not included in the CSV export
  • If user's name or ID is not added in the Manage Users page, then the name and ID will return blank in the export

PC Completion State Definitions

pc_state: This is the completion progress tracker for the manager agenda and the employee agenda.

Status Definition
NOT STARTED Either agenda has not started 
IN PROGRESS One or more of the PC agendas has been submitted
COMPLETED Performance conversation has been closed by manager

peer_review_state: This is the completion progress for peer agendas. 

Status Definition
NOT STARTED The peer agenda has not started
IN PROGRESS The peer reviewer is actively working on peer agenda but hasn't submitted the peer agenda yet
COMPLETED The peer reviewer has submitted the peer agenda

peer_reviewer_state: This is the peer reviewer list status tracker. 

Status Definition
PROPOSED The peer list has been submitted but not approved by manager/reviewer
APPROVED The peer list has been submitted and approved by manager/reviewer
REJECTED A peer was removed from peer list by employee or manager/reviewer
