Latest Release: 2026-05-29

In this release, we’ve delivered a set of platform improvements across SCORM content handling, mobile learning, the Talent Marketplace, and the learner skills experience. These updates focus on improving reliability, usability, and visibility across key learning and talent features in Bridge, while also introducing clearer configuration and a more intuitive learner experience.

Learn

SCORM Enhancements

We’ve made significant improvements to how SCORM content is processed and tracked across the platform.

These updates improve the accuracy and reliability of SCORM reporting, including faster availability of quiz and completion data. Enhancements have also been made to score and progress tracking, ensuring more consistent and accurate results as courses move through different states.

Administrators will also benefit from improved course management controls, including fixes that allow completed or active courses to be reset as expected. In addition, general stability improvements and an update to ScormEngine V2 have been applied to enhance overall performance, security, and reliability of SCORM playback.

Mobile App: Filters on “My Learning”

We’ve introduced new filtering options in the mobile app to help learners more easily find relevant content on the go.

Learners can now filter “My Learning” by content type, including Courses, Programs, Live Trainings, Checkpoints, and Journeys. This improvement makes it faster and simpler for users to locate the learning content they need directly from the mobile experience, supporting more efficient learning in day-to-day use.

Talent Suite

Enhanced Learner Skills Profile & Skill Community Recommendations

We’ve enhanced the Learner Skills Profile to improve how skills are captured, displayed, and used across recommendations and career development features.

The updated experience introduces separate Personal Details and Skills tabs, a guided onboarding flow with suggested skills based on role, and a simplified tabular view for managing skills. It also improves data quality by ensuring learners can only select “Willing to Help” for skills they already have.

Skill Community and Future Role recommendations are now more transparent, with labels showing whether a user has a skill, is willing to help, or is currently in a role requiring those skills. A new Skill Match % has also been added to help learners better understand their alignment with future roles.

To support this change, learners must now mark a skill as “Have” before selecting “Willing to Help.” Any previously selected “Willing to Help” skills have been automatically updated to also include “Have” to ensure continuity.

Updated Talent Marketplace Settings

We’ve updated the Talent Marketplace Settings to improve clarity and make configuration more intuitive for administrators.

The previous “disable” based logic has been replaced with an “enable” based model, making it clearer which features are active. Helper text has also been improved to better explain the impact of each setting.

This change is purely a wording and presentation update. Functionality remains unchanged, and all existing configurations will be preserved after release.

Release Notes 2026-05-15:

Learn

In this release, we’ve introduced new bulk update capabilities for both Checkpoint and Program enrollments, helping admins manage learner records more efficiently at scale.

These improvements reduce the time required to update multiple enrollments at once, while also helping minimise errors through the use of filters and streamlined bulk actions directly within Bridge.

Bulk Update Dates for Checkpoint & Program Enrollments

Admins can now bulk update due dates, completion dates, and expiration dates across both Checkpoint and Program enrollments directly within Bridge.

Using Filters alongside the new bulk actions helps reduce the chance of mistakes when updating multiple learner enrollments at once, making enrollment management faster, more reliable, and easier to manage in bulk.

This enhancement streamlines administrative workflows and reduces the time required to maintain learner records across large groups of users.

Release Notes: 2026-05-01

Learn

In this release, we’ve introduced a small but important usability improvement to help admins and authors more easily distinguish between active and inactive learner enrollments.

We’ve updated the visual design of enrollment status indicators to make status clearer at a glance, reducing potential confusion when managing learner progress across multiple enrollments.

New Learner Enrollment Status Icon Colours

The Open status icon has been updated to blue, making it easier to distinguish from inactive enrollments.

In addition, when a new active enrollment is added, any previous completed inactive enrollments will now display in grey, helping to clearly separate current activity from historical records.

This change provides clearer visual cues for admins and authors, improving the ability to quickly identify which enrollments are active vs inactive without needing to drill into each record.

Learn

In this Bridge release, we’ve focused on improving usability and giving admins more control over content management and integrations. The Author Pro UI has been refreshed to deliver a cleaner, more intuitive experience, making it easier to organize and manage content within a consistent Bridge look and feel.

We’ve also enhanced the OpenSesame integration by introducing a more efficient delta sync, replacing full course syncs, and adding the ability for users to manually trigger updates on demand. This gives admins greater flexibility, ensures faster access to course changes, and prevents unintended overwrites of Bridge-side edits, ultimately saving time and improving accuracy when managing external content.

Author Pro UI Update

The Author Pro dashboard has been refreshed with a cleaner, more intuitive design, bringing it in line with the wider Bridge platform experience. This update makes it easier for users to navigate and organize content, with a stronger focus on simplicity and usability.

Improvements to the layout and structure help streamline content management, allowing users to work more efficiently when creating and maintaining learning materials. This update is available to all Author Pro users.

See the updated view here.

OpenSesame Manual Sync

The OpenSesame integration has been enhanced to provide more flexibility and control when syncing courses. Courses now use a delta sync mechanism, meaning only changes are updated rather than running a full sync each time.

Admins can also manually trigger a course sync directly from the OpenSesame app card, allowing for immediate updates without waiting for the scheduled nightly sync.

As part of this change, Bridge-side edits will no longer be overwritten by nightly syncs unless a course is updated in OpenSesame and included in a delta sync. This helps preserve local changes while still keeping content up to date.

Release Notes 2026-04-09

Learn

In this Bridge release, we’ve made it faster and easier for Admins to manage course enrollments at scale. The new bulk update functionality allows Admins to quickly update due dates, completion dates, and expiration dates across multiple enrollments in just a few clicks. By combining filters with bulk actions, Admins can confidently make updates while reducing the risk of errors, helping streamline enrollment management and save valuable time.

New Feature

Bulk Update Dates for Course Enrollments

Admins can now update key enrollment dates across multiple course enrollments at once. This includes due dates, completion dates, and expiration dates, making it significantly easier to manage large groups of learners efficiently.

Using filters alongside bulk actions helps Admins quickly identify the correct users and apply updates with greater accuracy. Once users are selected, actions can be performed directly from the floating action bar within the app.

By default, these bulk actions are available to Admins only. To extend access, the Bulk Update Dates on Enrollments permission can be enabled for additional roles as needed.

Approvers and Managers can now review learner submissions more efficiently with a redesigned in-app media viewer. This update eliminates the need to download files, allowing high-resolution images and videos to be viewed directly within the application for faster, more intuitive approvals.

Evidence thumbnails provide immediate context, and submissions can be zoomed for granular detail, played natively, or shared with peers for collaborative review. Every piece of evidence is now accessible and actionable with a single tap, helping Approvers manage checkpoint approvals on the go.

Supported Devices

  • Android 8+
  • iOS 16+

Journeys Analytics Dashboard – General Availability

Admins and Managers can now access key insights into learner engagement and Journey performance with the newly released Journeys Analytics Dashboard. This update provides a comprehensive view of learning paths through the Overview and Enrollments widgets, making it easier to track progress and validate internal initiatives.

By moving this feature out of Beta, all users now have instant, permanent access to core Journey metrics without needing manual opt-ins. This ensures that administrators can monitor engagement and measure the success of learning paths more efficiently.

Please note: Data from the Learn side of the platform is not yet integrated into this dashboard.

Learning Item: External ID Now Available and Searchable

Admins and Managers can now manage learning content more efficiently using their organization’s unique identifiers. This update allows courses to include External IDs that are searchable directly within Bridge, making it faster and easier to locate the right learning items.

By supporting External IDs, organizations can align Bridge with existing systems and workflows, reducing manual effort and improving content management.

In this Bridge release, we’ve made it faster and easier for Admins to manage Course enrollments at scale. Admins can now use new filters and bulk actions to mark enrollments complete, reset, re-enroll, or delete users in just a few clicks, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of errors when updating multiple learners at once.

Updated Features

Bulk Actions & Filters for Course Enrollments

Admins can now manage Course enrollments more efficiently with new bulk actions and filters. This update makes it easier to perform common enrollment tasks across multiple users at once, saving time and reducing the risk of manual errors.

Using the new filters, Admins can quickly narrow down users by specific criteria and then apply bulk actions directly from the floating action bar. Available actions include marking enrollments as complete, resetting progress, re-enrolling users, and deleting enrollments.

This feature is especially helpful for Admins who need to make large-scale updates to Course enrollments, such as after organizational changes or data corrections.

Bridge Mobile App Updates

Progress Tracking and Exiting Courses

The Exit button for SCORM courses in Bridge has been updated, and a new navigation bar has been introduced. Previously, users faced challenges closing courses when opened through the mobile app if the course lacked an exit button and the browser opened in fullscreen. This often forced users to swipe to close the app, blocking all events from firing, causing issues with tracking.

Live Training Enhancements and Push notifications

We have provided a smoother Live Training experience with our native Live Trainings. Stay updated on key Live Training events with our enhanced and new Live Training push notifications. You can join your Live Training session directly from the app where we can redirect you to your video call app.
