As an admin, you can view and manage tags in your account.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin icon. Then, click the Learning menu option.
In the Learning menu, select Manage Tags.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ based on what is enabled in your account.
View Tags
View the existing tags in your account. To search for a tag, enter your search terms in the Search field [1]. To select the number of results to display, click the Results Per Page link [2]. To sort tags in ascending or descending order, click the Sort arrow [3]. To add a new tag, click the Add New Tag button [4].
Edit Tag Details
On the Tag Details page, you can view and edit the learning content associated with a tag. To edit the tag's name, click the Tag Name field [1]. To add a tag to a learning item, click the Add Tag Content button [2].
Search for Content to Tag
After clicking the Add Tag Content button, enter the name of a program, course, live training, or checkpoint in the search field [1]. As you type, a list of matching learning items will populate below the search field [2]. To select a learning item, click its name in the list [3].
View Tagged Content
Content items that have been tagged will display in the Tagged Content list [1]. Each list item displays an icon that indicates whether the item is a checkpoint [2], program [3], live training [4], or course [5]. To view additional tags associated with a content item, click the Tag Number link [6]. To remove a content item from a tag, click the Remove icon [7].
To delete a tag, click the Delete icon [8]. To return to the Manage Tags page, click the Back to Tags link [9].
