View 1on1 Data

The 1on1 frequency chart displays how often your employees receive a 1on1. It is organized as a series of rings that correspond to each manager and the manager's direct reports.

The employees' frequency is an average of the days between completed 1on1s in a given period (12 months). Results are grouped by color which visually paints a full picture and allows comparison at different levels of hierarchy.

If you have the correct permissions, you can view the frequency of 1on1s of employees within your domain.

View Goal Data

The Company Goal Alignment Rate graph shows how many goals are aligned on a given day and how many goals are unaligned [1]. The bar above the line is the aligned goals; the bar below the line is the unaligned goals. Both bars together represent the total active goals on that day.

The Goals Per Employee number represents the average number of goals that employees have set [2]. It is derived by taking the number of goals at any given time each day and dividing it by the number of employees in the Bridge Career system on that day. That number is then averaged out over the number of days in the current date range.

The Average Goals/ Goals Completed number represents the average number of goals that employees have set on each day and the average number of goals completed on each day over the selected date range [3]. As goals are marked complete, the number of active goals go down and completed goals generally goes up. The number active goals should go down unless the employees are setting new goals on the same day in which they complete other goals.

The Average Completed Goals On time vs. Overdue graph shows the ratio of goals completed on time vs. goals completed after the set due date [1]. Goals with no due date are not calculated into this number.

The Completed Goals On time vs. Overdue graph shows the change over time of goals completed on or before their due dates vs. those that are marked complete after the set due dates [2]. This graph can show trends for on-time and overdue goals to see if employees are finishing goals on time or not.
