Tags allow users to search for learning content using specific words or phrases related to the learning content item. Once a content item has been created, you can create or find tags to add to your content item.
Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Author Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Author icon.
Click the Courses [1], Programs [2], Live Trainings [3], or Checkpoints link [4].
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Content Item
In the content item page, click the name of the item.
Open Settings
In the content item details page, click the More Settings link.
Select New Tag
Click the Add New Tag button.
Create Tag
In the text field, enter the name of the tag you want to create.
Find Tag
If the tag has already been created and added to any content item in your account, the tag will appear in the drop-down list as you type.
Add Tag
Press Return [Mac] or Enter [PC] to add the tag to the content item.
View Tags on Content Page
You can view the tag by searching for the tag name on the content page [1]. Content items with tags that match the search will display in the search results [2].
Remove Tag
To remove a tag, click the Remove icon next to the tag name.
