How do I use the Checkpoints page as a manager?

The Checkpoints page shows you all of your checkpoints in Bridge. All supported checkpoint features are detailed in the Author manual.

Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.

Open Checkpoints

Click on the AUTHOR option in the Global Navigation menu. Then click on Checkpoints.

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.

View Checkpoints

On the Checkpoints page, you can view the name of each checkpoint.

Checkpoints with attachments display an attachment icon. To view a list of the attachments, click the Attachment icon.

Sort Checkpoints

In the Search field [1], you can search for all checkpoints in the account.

In the Sort menu [2], you can sort checkpoints based on creation date, date of last update, or alphabetically by name.

Manage Checkpoints

To edit a checkpoint, click the name of the checkpoint [1].

To add a checkpoint, click the Add New Checkpoint button [2].

To delete a checkpoint, locate the checkpoint and click the Remove icon [3].

Note: As an manager, you can only delete checkpoints that you have created.
