How do I edit a user's course progress as an admin?

In the course details page, you can edit each user's progress.

Note: Some features may be restricted based on 
permissions for your user role.

Open Author Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Author option; then select Courses.

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.

Open Course

In the Courses page, click the name of a course.

Open Learners

To view individual users, click the Learners tab.

Edit Learner Progress

The Learners tab shows all users enrolled in your course. To edit the progress of a user's enrollment, click the Progress icon [1]. To mark a user's progress as complete, click the Mark Complete button [2]. To reset a user's progress, click the Reset Learner button [3].

Re-enrolling one User

To reset the progress of a user into a course click on the three dots [1] to the right of the progress. Then select the Re-enroll [2] option. This allows you to enroll users without having to use the expires/re-enroll feature.

Re-enrolling all completed users

To re-enroll all completed users within a course you can do so by clicking on the three dots in the top right hand corner. From there select the option to Re-enroll all completed.

Use this feature if users need to re-take the course but the expires/re-enroll feature was not enabled initially.
