How do I enable Open Enrollment for a course?

Open Enrollment allows Bridge content creators to provide quick registration access to Bridge courses using outside systems like email. Once a course has been created, you can enable Open Enrollment and share the link with users. Users will then be able to use the link to register for courses. Registration links can be created for a course via the Course Details page once the Open Enrollment option has been enabled.

Note:
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
• If a course has been added to the Learning Library, Open Enrollment is automatically enabled. It cannot be disabled unless the course is removed from the Learning Library.

• Users must have an account within your instance of Bridge to enroll in the item.

Open Author Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Author icon. Then, click the Courses menu option.

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.

Open Course

In the Courses page, click the name of the course.

Open Course Settings

Open Course Settings

In the Course Details page, click the More Actions icon [1] and then click the Copy Link link [2].

Enable Open Enrollment

Click Open Enrollment

Click the Open Enrollment toggle button.

Note: If a course has been added to the Learning Library, Open Enrollment is automatically enabled. It cannot be disabled unless the course is removed from the Learning Library.
