Once a course has been published and required users have been added, you can view status details about users in your course.
Notes:
• Only required users with an active enrollment status are included in the course summary details. Users with a pending enrollment status in courses that are part of a program are not included in the course summary details.
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Author Menu
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Course
In the Courses page, click the name of a published course with required users.
View Course Summary
The Course Details page defaults to the Course Summary tab, where you can view the details about users in your course.
View Course Progression
In the Course Progression Section, you can see an overview of users' progress in your course. Course Progression displays the percentage of users who have not started [1], completed [2], permanently failed [3], and are still taking a course [4]. Some courses may have users who have not completed the course by the due date [5].
To export a CSV file that contains detailed Course Progression statistics, click the Course Progression CSV icon [6].
View Quiz Statistics
In the Quiz Statistics section, you can see how the users in your course are performing on quizzes. The specific statistics displayed are: Attempts to Pass [1], Required to Retake [2], No Attempts Left [3], and Average Score [4]. The Average Score statistic incorporates the scores of all the quizzes in the course. You can also see a breakdown of the average score for each individual quiz [5].
To export a CSV file that contains detailed quiz statistics, click the Quiz Report CSV icon [6].
