Admins can print a sign-in sheet for a live training session. Admins can use the sign-in sheet to take attendance for workshops, conferences, and other events added to live trainings.
Note: Some permissions may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Application Switcher Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Author icon. Then, click the Live Trainings menu option.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Live Training
On the Live Trainings page, click the name of a training.
Open Live Training Session
Under the Sessions tab [1], click the date of the session you want to open [2].
View Session Attendees
View the attendees that have been added to your live training session [1]. To add users, click the Add Learner button [2]. You can also remove users from the session.
