You can archive checkpoints individually or in bulk to help keep your content library clean and up to date. Archiving a checkpoint removes it from learners’ view and signals that it’s no longer in use, but it does not delete the content permanently.
Note: Some features may be restricted based on your user role and assigned permissions.
Archive a Single Checkpoint
Open the Author Menu
From the Global Navigation menu, click Author and select Checkpoints.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may vary depending on your account settings.

Open the More Actions Menu
Locate the checkpoint you wish to archive. Click the three-dot (More Actions) menu to the left of the checkpoint title.
Select Archive
From the drop-down menu, click Archive.
Confirm Your Action
In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to archive the checkpoint.
Note: Managers can only archive checkpoints they have authored themselves.
Bulk Archive Multiple Checkpoints
Admins and Authors with Admin permissions, can now archive multiple checkpoints at once, perfect for content cleanup!
Open the Author Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click Author and select Checkpoints.

Select Checkpoints to Archive
On the Checkpoints page, check the boxes to the left of the checkpoints you wish to archive.
Click the Archive Option
Once items are selected, an option bar will appear at the bottom of the page. Click Archive.
Review and Confirm
A confirmation screen will appear highlighting any active enrollments linked to the checkpoints you're archiving. Click Continue to proceed.
Dismiss the Confirmation Window
To close the window without taking action, click Dismiss.
Archiving is a great way to manage outdated or inactive checkpoints without deleting your history. Be sure to double-check for any active enrollments before archiving.
