The Trim Editor enables you to cut the beginning and end of a video.
Open Media
While editing a course, click the Media icon in the authoring toolbar.
Open Bridge Advanced Media
Click the Bridge Advanced Media icon. From this interface, select the Video Card that you will be editing.
Open the Video Editor
To access the Video Editor, first, click the Menu [1] on the container that houses the video. Next, select Video Editor [2] option.
Open the Trim Editor
To open the Trim Editor, click on the Trim Editor icon.
Using the Trim Editor
To trim the video, click on the Scissors icon in the video playbar and drag it to encompass the content that you want to cut from the video. Next, click the Save button to save your edits.
If you drag the scissors to a spot you are unhappy with you can use the Reset button to move them back to their original position.
Note: The content between the scissors is what is kept. Once the video is trimmed this cannot be undone.
